Art that Breathes: Where Art and Herbalism Intersect.

What happens here? A bit of everything: recipes, remedies, dreams, experiments, art, plants, oddities, curiosities, and likely some irreverence because, that’s how I roll. I’m here to share what I’m learning, making, wondering, and tending.

What I share here weaves together the many strands of my life and work. Expect recipes and remedies, dreams and questions, photos and artwork, art talk and plant talk. You’ll find musings from the studio and the forest, small rituals, experiments, successes and failures, and the occasional absurdity or irreverent aside.
This is a space where I can be whole—teacher, artist, herbalist, adventurer, colour lover, mother, rebel, coffee devotee, flower-obsessed plant person, country dweller with a city heart.
My hope is to trace the threads that connect all these worlds and embroider something of beauty, curiosity, and relevance.
