Come experience the alchemy of eco-printing, a captivating process that uses the natural pigments found in plants to create direct-contact botanical prints. In this immersive, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to transform fresh flowers and leaves into beautiful works of art on watercolor paper.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore a variety of techniques—including heat pressing, the tin-can bundling method, and even boiling books! You’ll work with seasonal blooms like sunflowers, dahlias, and cosmos, uncovering the hidden colors and patterns each plant offers.

Along the way, we’ll also discuss sustainable gathering practices, safety considerations, and what it means to create “Art that Breathes”—art rooted in relationship with the land. Most of our time, however, will be dedicated to making: unveiling prints, experimenting, and delighting in what nature reveals.

By the end of the day, you’ll take home a collection of unique prints you can transform into artwork, collage, greeting cards, bookmarks, or artist books.
